Our shipping rates are based upon the amount of your purchase, and are as follows:

0 to 24.99 = $6.95
$25.00 to $49.99 = $8.95
$50.00 to $99.99 = $10.95
$100.00 to $149.99 = $12.95
$150.00 to $249.99 = $15.95
$250.00 to $349.99 = $17.95
$350.00 to $500.00 = $19.95
Over $500.00 = Free Shipping

Overnight, 2nd Day and 3rd Day Delivery available upon request at an additional charge.

We ship within the continental U.S. or with prior approval to Canada. Delivery addresses must be a street number as UPS will not ship to a PO Box address. Additional charges for APO addresses may apply-please contact Let It Ride Tack & Apparel to discuss this additional charge.

Return Policy:

Let It Ride Tack & Apparel wants satisfied customers, therefore we strive to do the right thing.

General Merchandise Return Policy: (See separate return policy for saddles)

Returns are accepted within 21 days of purchase for an exchange, store credit or a refund. Returns will not be accepted after the 21 day limit.

Original receipt must accompany return along with tags and original packaging still intact.

Items NOT returnable: Bits, Special Orders, Clearance and Close Out Items. Returns must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered-as determined by Let It Ride Tack & apparel management.

All boots should be tried on carpet only as scuffed soled boots cannot be returned.

The customer is responsible for shipping to and from our facility. Special exceptions apply; contact a Let It Ride Tack & Apparel sales representative for details.

We do not accept any packages sent COD.

Please allow 7-10 days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. Adjustments to credit cards will be seen within two credit card statements.

Saddle Return Policy:

1. Saddles must be returned within 7 days from purchase for an exchange, store credit or refund.

2. Returns will not be accepted after the 7 day limit

3. Original receipt must accompany return along with having all tags and packaging intact.

4. Special Order saddles are NOT returnable.

5. The saddle must be in new condition and not show any signs of wear-as determined by Let It Ride Tack & Apparel management.

6. Saddles showing any signs of wear will incur a minimum of 10% restocking fee-determined by Let It Ride management.

7. Saddle must be packaged in original box , insured and UPS prepaid and sent to:
